Build/Run and Build/Parameters are not implemented. I have seen the 100% usage
also. The problem is with the g_io_channel in gbf-am-project code that reads the
ouput from the actual perl script which builds the project. I have the feeling
it is not being unrefed properly but I have not tracked it down. The problem is
it continues being used to look for more input in the gtk_main look after the
script stops.

Double click on a program listed under targets. The you can debug the program.
