Unfortunately it's not included in Ubuntu Lucid LTS.
It's available in debian unstable, though didn't migrate to testing till
now.

If you are interested in having GDA in more distros, please follow these

There's also Ubuntu 9.10 repository, but package is renamed to avoid
possible conflicts with official repos:
