[gnome-db] Libgda's API freeze

Hi!

Libgda V3.99.4 is just out of the box with lots of small API
corrections and improvements, the API should now be considered almost
stable (with the additions of a few functions by Massimo Cora in the
next few days).

Please review the API and the associated documentation and send me
your remarks or corrections before the API is declared stable for the
next V4 series. This API should be easy to understand and there should
be no confusion as to which object or method to use for any specific
task.
