[gnome-db] V4: 'id' column in sqlite provider

The trunk version of the sqlite provider now puts an integer column
named 'id' as the first column of each record and puts it as part of the
 primary key.  This was not in the V4-branch branch and it screws up all
of my records.  Does this need to be there?
