[gnome-db] PATCH - gnome-db# and Gda#

This patch simply makes mono bindings for gda and gnome-db, with it you can compile and test all the C# bindings for GDA and GnomeDb, this is using the lastest Beta 1 sources.
Even it needs a very hard tests, it allow to create C# applications including any using GUI. This are very simple changes in the
configure.in, Makefile for gda and gnome-db, and some rename of functions in gda.
