[gnome-db] Redhat9 1.1.1 RPMs

I've made RH9 RPMS of 1.1.1 
ftp://ftp.kalamazoolinux.org/pub/projects/awilliam/gda

This has sqlite, postgres, odbc, mdb, and ldap providers.

FreeTDS won't compile, and I thing some configure thing is preventing
MySQL support to build in the RPM.
