the easiest way is via the binary packages, when they work :-) The problem is
that they're quite old, so I guess they will give you many problems.

I'd suggest you 2 things: either get the 0.2.3 SRPM and rebuild it
(rpm --rebuild file.src.rpm), or get the sources from CVS (or the daily snapshot
which is in http://www.gnome-db.org/download.php) and compile them.

It's easier to do it with the SRPMS, but you'll miss all the new additions we've
added since 0.2.3.

Anyway, as soon as I fix some small problems, I'll do a new release (this weekend
maybe).
