yes, it is. In fact, Vivien Malerba, the gASQL developer, is one of the
GNOME-DB developers also, so we've been working towards sharing as much
as code as possible for a long time now.

that's what we're working on right now. We're rewriting some of the UI bits so that
it's easy to use for "simple" users while still being a very powerful
tool for advanced users. We're progressing day by day, so if you want to
have a look at the current CVS version, and tell us any ideas,
suggestions you may have, that would be wonderful :-)
