gdafe - exporter

Hi Rodrigo,

I don't have the latest gdafe. But in the one I have installed there's
a tricky thing in the exporter. if you choose a table to export, it
appears in the export table, but it doesn't vanish in the available
table.
so you can select a tablename twice.
