gda.h, as said in my previous post, is generated by ORBit (so not included as part
of the source tree), so if it's not there, there surely has been an error when
running orbit-idl

Is it still on CVS? I remember I dropped the -lefence line some months ago, but it
looks as if I didn't commit it. Now it's committed.
