[gnome-cy] SO6 is anti-Welsh (or anti-UTF-8)

I just thought it would be worth mentioning that running:
localedef -i cy_GB -f UTF-8 cy_GB.UTF-8
to create a cy_GB.utf8 locale stops StarOffice 6 working.

OOo works OK, but SO6 doesn't like it for some reason.  It dies on startup, 
and will only come back if you change locale back to English.
