Here's a diff on the last version supplied by Dafydd Harries.
I've added a timestamp on this one.

I've corrected some of my own mistakes, added one or two comments and
translated some more of the terms.

As for 'alpha', I always thought ph was a different phoneme to ff !

Try finding a Welsh word that uses 'ph'. I'm almost sure that it's
only ever used in mutations of p->ph e.g. pel / ei phel.
