Updates to contacts bugzilla for GNOME 3.8

Hi all,

First of all, I'd like to say a huge thank you to Erick for his work
on contacts last cycle. 3.8 is a really nice release with lots of
fixes.

I've spent a bit of time going through contacts bugzilla, closing bugs
that were either fixed or made obsolete last cycle. We now have a lot
less bugs. :) I did notice a few issues with the work that was done
for the 3.8 release though, and I've reported them:

contacts is confusing

I've also collected the various contacts list bugs we have (this are
all cosmetic) into a single bug:

list layout and appearance

Once these are done I think we probably need to focus on some of the
general usability issues, like progress indication for loading,
handling offline state better, and reporting non-authenticated GOA
accounts.
