New stuff before the freeze?

Hi:
This week I've been kind of busy, anyway. Right now, there must be new
stuff we could add before the freeze coming in late February.

I'm looking at these bugs:

And both need some design.

About the firts one:
Just to be sure, are we talking about sending the vcard through mail
right ? I'll look into that.
Second:
I'd like to implement this, but need some design from Allan, also, I'd
like to know how does that work for non-western languages.

Another thing is: "Support setting an avatar via webcam" I don't think
has to much sense, setting an avatar from the webcam will work for
people to set it's own avatar, which isn't shown in g-c. Instead I think
this one is more interesting:

So, I'll look into this, and let you know. Anyway, please share some
insights you might have about it.
