BonoboItemContainer is a miss-implementation of the
Bonobo::ItemContainer interface and we are trying to get rid of it as
it has a few miss-designs built in.

The new server that implements Bonobo::ItemContainer is
BonoboItemHandler which is what it should have been in the first
place.
