`stringlist params' in GNOME::ObjectFactory::create_object

I'd like to remove the `params' argument since it is depracated and
not supported by OAF (everyone just passes an empty
stringlist). Better to do this now, before OAF joins the development
platform, I think.

I would also provide a Bonobo patch to update to the change (should be
trivial, really).

Unfortunately, I can't do this until the UIHandler mess is resolved
and all apps are updated, since right now folks who want their life to
not suck are building off a static Bonobo tag.
