Hello everyone!
(If this is the wrong place to ask about problems like this, please direct me to
a more suitable forum!)
I would like to play a little with Bonobo objects, so I started building Oaf and
Bonobo from the following tarballs:
oaf-0.5.1.tar.gz
bonobo-0.18.tar.gz
Oaf compiles and installs nicely with the ORBit-(devel-)0.5.3-0_helix_1.i386.rpm
packages (with ORBIT_IDL_SERIAL set to 9), but Bonobo gives the following error
during compile:
In file included from /usr/include/orb/dii.h:30,
from /usr/include/orb/orbit.h:61,
from ../bonobo/Bonobo.h:7,
from bonobo-generic-factory.c:19:
/usr/include/orb/interface_repository.h:6: warning: `ORBIT_IDL_SERIAL' redefined
../bonobo/Bonobo.h:6: warning: this is the location of the previous definition
In file included from ../bonobo/bonobo-generic-factory.h:16,
from bonobo-generic-factory.c:21:
../bonobo/bonobo-object.h:25: parse error before `POA_Bonobo_Unknown'
[more errors follows]
The ORBIT_IDL_SERIAL is 10 for Bonobo.
When I try to use the CVS head of ORBit (ORBIT_IDL_SERIAL set to 10) I cannot
compile Oaf...
oaf-skels.c: In function `_ORBIT_skel_OAF_ObjectDirectory_activate':
oaf-skels.c:1065: `ORBit_ObjectKey' undeclared (first use in this function)
[more errors follows]
Any suggestions of what I'm doing wrong?
Regards,
