I am in the process of testing some new IDL and implementation to allow
the attachment of a Listener to either an entire bag or an individual
property in a bag.  When a property changes, the bag will notify all the
appropriate listeners, which emit a signal. 

I'm hoping to have it checked in by end of the week.
