That looks like a PolicyKit problem. I don't know how Debian
configures polkit, but you probably ought to open a Debian bug and ask
for help there.

I've reinstalled dconf-tools and gdm3 (removed while forcing a full-upgrade) and now ICC profile is correctly started at login.
