ColorMunki works

My ColorMunki arrived this morning, and I've just committed quite a
few patches to make it work calibrating the screen. There are still
quite a few rough edges we need to fix (hardcode) but it basically
works. Now I'm going to move onto adding initial printing support,
although this might take a couple of weeks.
