Cool. What we need him to do is:
* Provide a method to scan a target without applying any icc profiles
at all, so we can use it to calibrate the device.
* Get the default icc profile assigned by GCM using the udev path or
the SANE id, for normal scans.
* Tag the resulting scans with the assigned ICC profile
Should be no more than an afternoons hacking :-)
