志愿者不是搞自由软件的，这点无可厚非，但是作为主办方，是有责任进行引导的，而且应该把关。我也同意让志愿者们尽快学习free 的视频编辑软件，但是对于已经做出的两个视频，我认为不应该作为GNOME Asia的官方宣传材料。

志愿者也都临时招募，都不是搞自由软件的，无法按照咱们的要求参与进来是可以理解的，这需要一个过程的，别太较真这个问题。我觉得这些志愿者同学在7月底之前学会至少一个自由的视频编辑软件是没有问题的，咱们要给他们时间和宽容，更何况工具真的不重要，内容才是关键，产出好的内容谁又会去纠结是什么搞的呢？

同样的，四位搞自媒体的同学，一个多月之前除了Lisa基本都是用Windows发的微博，但在现场直播的时候基本都已经学会GNOME桌面的基本使用了，也是用这个发的现场微博。

接纳和宽容，并给与引导才是我们现在应着力去做的事情，如何用我们自己去影响参与的学生，我们首先自己要做一个影响者，想办法去影响别人，影响这些人的价值观取向，构成团结统一的整体。一味的纠结工具是没有意义的，过度强调意识形态反倒会将真正热心的人，可以贡献的志愿者隔绝开来。

当然，背景音乐倒真是个问题。下次选音乐的时候请记得尽量选CC协议的音乐，谁有相关的网址什么的提供一个列表，随时备查。咱们需要内容方面注意些不要有侵权的可能性。

弱弱的说，之前我做的视频，也没有注意背景音乐的问题。。。。。。。。。。不过也没人跟我提起过，可能因为大多还是比较小众的音乐
