Sorry to reply you so late, I went abroad these days. Sorry
I have attached the desktop-1 screenprint.jpg before log out ubuntu system, and also attached the desktop-2 screenprint.jpg after re-log in ubuntu system the 2nd day.
The desktop automatically keep alignment and the icon automatically keep default size.
Could you help to solve the problem?
and for your questions, answers as below:
which version of GNOME? I believe it s 2.32.1;
Which distribution? ubuntu (2011/04/14).

Previously the desktop with no problem like above, until our IT upgrade ubuntu some day.
He could not solve this problem and could not find the source, I m not sure whether your could solve this problem with my few information like above.

我的问题其实很简单，就是原来在我使用的ubuntu时候，桌面很正常(如截屏1)，我把一些比较常用的图标放在指定的位置，但是后来我们 IT升级了ubuntu，桌面居然在每次开机后自动保持对齐，而且将我所有放大的图标变成默认的尺寸(如截屏2)，有点麻烦，因为我图标很 多，有点难找。而且原来默认文件夹的图标是个黄色的夹子，我为了区分变成了图片，可是有的升级以后变成了默认的黄色夹子之后也无法再改成默认 图片了，比如desktop-1 screenprint.jpg截图最 左边的三个shortcut。
你帮忙试着解决下吧，不知道我以上说的你明不明白？ 其实如果实在解决不了就是有点麻烦，也不影响功能，只是问一下，如果能解决更好，因为我们同事都升级了，桌面变了的只有我一个人，很奇怪。
上封邮件你问的问题，GNOME版本是2.32.1，发行版：ubuntu，发行日期2011/4/14。

I m an user of GNOME desktop, not sure why I didn't modify any setting/configuration of system, and this morning I started the PC, GNOME automatically changed the position of the desktop icons and the customized icons are back to default (such as I enlarged the icon before), that causes me a lot of trouble.
