Respondo más abajo, aunque esta lista dista de ser la apropiada para
consultas sobre instalación de PosgresQL.

Al final del mensaje lo dice explícitamente:  No encontró ningún
compilador de C.  Revise ' config.log' para más detalles.

Solución: Instala un compilador de C.  Luego tendrás problemas
con los paquetes de desarrollo, al menos instala los paquetes
de desarrollo de glibc (libc-dev).

Lo siento daniel. Esta lista es para temas GNOME/GNOME-cl related.
Quizas en la lista linux (linux listas inf utfsm cl ) puedan darte
algunas luces.
