So in practice:
Drop 2.16 when 2.20 comes out?
FYI: I proposed dropping 2.16 at the time of 2.18. IIRC @d-d-l. It
wasn't appreciated. Don't remember too many people complaining about
2.14 (which is like what you are proposing).
