APPLICATION PANEL PROBLEM

WHEN I BOOT THE LINUX SYSTEM, IT WILL COMES TO DESKTOP. It is displaying

" Application "panel" (process 1230) has crashed due to a fatal error(segementation fault)

after displaying , if we click "ok" , panel is disappeared.

when i click network configuration , it comes and disappeard

Red hat linux 7.2 version.
