bugzilla product for gnome-icon-theme module

While building from cvs yesterday, I encountered a bug building the
gnome-icon-theme module.  I've got a simple one line patch to fix it, but
I don't see where in bugzilla to file a bug against gnome-icon-theme.
I'm certain I'm just being dense or blind, but I can't find it.  Can
anyone tell me where to file such a bug?
