There are (for better or worse) a variety of <module>-maint email
addresses.  To which were you referring?  The <module>-maint gnome org
email aliases are created automatically from the contents of the
MAINTAINERS files in each module.  Any line of the format 
Email: somebody example com
is added to that alias.  The <module>-maint bugzilla gnome org aliases
are created from the halloween module in CVS, which has some
documentation on how to use it, I think.  HTH,
