   eu cheguei a pensar nisso, um tempo atrás - o INdT até poderia
ajudar (bastante) na organização de um evento do estilo.

   O (grande) problema é que tradicionalmente, o GUADEC acontece em
paises europeus - o que torna o transporte barato para o pessoal de
lá.

   Se fossemos tentar trazer o GUADEC para o Brasil, precisariamos
pensar com *bastante* antecedência em como baratear a vinda desse
pessoal para o Brasil. (se bem que por outro lado, estadia aqui é bem
mais barato que por lá)

   Alguém tem idéia de quantas pessoas fazem parte do Gnome-BR,
atualmente? Do pessoal que está na lista, alguém "se anima" em
participar da organização de um evento do estilo?
