ANNOUNCE: vino 2.99.2

Vino is a VNC server that integrates with GNOME.

vino 2.99.2 is available for download from:

http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/vino/2.99/

This fixes the build when certain optional features are enabled.
