ANNOUNCE: vino 2.99.1

Vino is a VNC server that integrates with GNOME.

vino 2.99.1 is available for download from:

http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/vino/2.99/

This mainly fixes a build problem due to a typo in configure.in.
