* What is at-spi?

at-spi (assistive technology service provider interface) is the primary
assistive technology infrastructure for the Solaris and Linux
operating environments.  Applications and toolkits supporting the
AT-SPI include the GNOME GTK+ toolkit, the Java platform's Swing
toolkit, OpenOffice, and Mozilla.

Bug fix:
* http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=548559 - spi_atk_tidy_windows prints a critical if atk_get_root() returns NULL. * http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=350552 - atk-bridge doesn't use param values for children_changed signal. * http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=547875 - Bump intltool dependency to 0.40.0.
