GNOME Power Manager 2.18.2

GNOME Power Manager is a session daemon that makes it easy to manage the
power on your laptop or desktop system.

This stable release contains important fixes since 2.18.1 was released.
Distributions should consider upgrading gnome-power-manager via errata
packages if possible.

Version 2.18.2

- Fixed #422345, Fails to build with non-dbus gnome-vfs: undefined ref to `dbus_g_proxy_call' (Lo�Minier)
- Fixed #425000, add bug-buddy support to the applets (Matthias Clasen)
- Add a configurable --enable-keyring so we can disable the lock of the GNOME
  keyring at build time. Defaults to off (Richard Hughes)
- Sync dpms policy setting when starting (Young-Ho Cha)
