Somehow I couldn't build with langpacks, so I added the following to my
.spec file, otherwise no .mo files are built:

  ./gq-%{_langpackversion_}-langpack-%{_langpack_}/langpack .
  %{__cp} ./gq-%{_langpackversion_}-langpack-%{_langpack_}/po/LINGUAS po/

So, that's because my po/LINGUAS is empty and I use the one from the
langpack tarball.

Any ideas why this happens?
