[ANNOUNCE] Procman 1.1.0

Howdy all. This is an UNSTABLE release of procman - that is it requires
the GNOME 2.0 platform. For the most part it works with a few rough
edges here and there.

The most important change from the stable version is in the use of the
new Gtk 2.0 treeview widget, thus GAL is no longer required!

You can get packages for the GNOME 2.0 platform through red-carpet or
here:

An rpm for RedHat 7.1 is here. Note that this rpm will replace any
stable version of procman. It is recommended to compile and install
procman to a different prefix
