New version of gsetit (0.4.0)

Hi everybody, GSETIT has a new release 0.4.0.

For those of you who don't know gsetit (GNOME SETIT Tracker), gsetit is
an applet to monitor your SETI Home program with a progress bar
for one work unit and a remain time (you can have more than one running).
It has also dialog boxes to show information about the work unit and the
user.

Changes since version last version (0.2.0):

        * Improved the UI, make the applet sensitive to style change, panel
        size change and panel orientation change

        * Add menu option to start xsetiathome (if available)

        * Added application icon

        * Changed the applet from the Amusements to the Monitors category

        * Correct information in the user info dialog box

        * More information in the work unit dialog box

        * Fixed the problems with the new version of setiathome (the names
        of the state files changed form ".txt" to ".sah".
