pre-release: Gnome-libs-1.0.13

Hello guys,

   A test release of GNOME-libs 1.0.13 has been uploaded to:

ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/testing

   I would appreciate if people could test this and let me know if
they experiment any problems before we make this one the next official
stable release.

* New on this release:

** libgnome

	* Memory leak fixes from gnome-dentry-edit (Elliot)

	* Gnome-Config now ignores lines that start with '#' (Elliot)

	* priority of the CORBA main loop/Gtk main loop can now be
	  controlled (useful for intensive CORBA applications, Ettore
	  first noticed this problem) (Ettore, me).

	* Elliot was on a warning hunt, so this release is a lot
	  cleaner warning-wise.

	* Memory leak fix in gnome-i18n (Morten)

	* Cache in gnome-config, improves program startup

** libgnomeui

	* Proper Druid destruction and cleanups (Havoc, Jonathan)

	* IconList bug fixes (menus, DnD fixes, editing fixes, memory
	  management) (Federico)

	* Canvas and GnomePixmap leak fixes (Morten)

	* gnome_pixmap race condition fixes (Federico)

	* Canvas affine fixes (Larry)

	* Gnome Session now no longer prompts for logout, this is now
	  done in the SM (Tom)

** Zvt Widget

	* Rendering fix (mc exposed an update problem) (Michael)

	* Fixed problems with terminals that were left dead (Miguel)

	* zvt now sets the proper signal mask (Sopwith)

	* Fixes for a number of bugs reported on the CVS

** LibArt

	* Added dash style functions (Raph, Larry)

	* Endianess fixes (Michael Zucchi, Raph)

** Documentation

	We still need people to help us finish the GNOME API
        documentation.

	* gnome-file-entry docs began (Daniel)

	* Various fix ups to the SGML (Raja)

	* gnome-appbar improvements (George)

	* GnomeCanvas widget is fully documented now (Federico)

** Internationalization

	* Gnome-Scores now shows dates in a localized way (Pablo).

	* Changed "Create _New Window" to "Create New _Window" to
	  avoid conflicts. Translators, please update your po files
	  (Pablo).

Enjoy,
Miguel.
