That goes for switch users too: Dasher may be very efficient for text entry (if you are a relatively fluent reader and can learn to cope with the navigation mode), but you will need an appropriate OSK for editing and for the handling of your system in general.

As Thibaut suggested, I think the most efficient writing system for head-tracking is dasher. However, all people I've seen using a head-tracker combined it with some sort of on-screen keyboard.
