Accessibility 2010 Q4 quarterly reports

Hi there,

I somehow felt the call of duty this morning [1] so I went ahead and
created a new wiki page at live.gnome.org to fill it in with our reports
about the a11y-related work done during the fourth quarter of 2010:

No idea what the deadlines are (guess you'd better ask Joanmarie or
Bryen about that), just sharing the link for you to know of it in case
you need it. As for me, I added some lines about my WebKitGTK+ work.
