General:

  * Work on Bug 633104 - I see three performance related problem
    with Mozilla Thunderbird and Orca

  * Fix for bug #630591 - Orca's _generateDisplayedText should return
    an empty list when there is no text

  * Fix for bug #634862 - Orca doesn't speak the heading or level when
    using caret navigation in WebKitGtk content

  * Fix for bug #634469 - Remove unneeded accessible-value change hack
    from Gecko script.
