dapper drake downloads

What's the procedure for downloading the accessible version of dapper 
drake using bittorrent?  bittorrent is working with difficulty on this 
machine; I hae podracer working.  I also need a command to get the public 
key of the package signer since I don't want to waste time burning 
coasters if possible.  Could I put dapper drake's torrent in the 
.podracer/torrents directory then let podracer do the work with 
bittorrent?  podracer normally also has a subscriptions file for stuff it 
downloads and I'm not sure how podracer would react if no matching url 
were in the subscriptions file.
