First grab one of the .torrent files (depending on architecture) from 
here: http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current

Use your favourite bittorrent client to download

Type 'md5sum dapper-live-i386.iso' (or similar) to get the checksum and 
compare with the file http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/MD5SUMS
