Re: atk build problem

The root cause of this is in the build tools somewhere, maybe libtool
4.3.1 or something.  With certain combinations of build tools, if SED
isn't set, you end up with no "sed" at all in the scripts since the
environment variable is substituted in ltmain.sh.
