Re: gtk2 based apps

Hello, Nath.
There are two types of applications that gnopernicus will work well with.
The first are gtk+ 2 applications built with the gnome accessibility
framework. The second are java based applications using accesible swing. In
the case of Java bassed applications you will require a recent jre from Sun,
and the gnome java-access-bridge.
At present many gnome applications need to be updated to gnome 2 and the new
accessibility framework, but you may be able to find many java applications
floating around on the internet that have a reasonable amount of
accessibility if they have been built with accessible swing.
I've been working with the java-access-bridge, and I am vary pleased with
the way accessibility is happening for java in gnome and with gnopernicus.
