Re: panel prelight on focus



Is there any way for the panel to know what edge it's
on?  So, if the panel is on the bottom of the screen,
put the title bar on top; if it's on the top of the
screen, put the title bar on the bottom; etc. (Can you
put the panel in the middle of the screen?  If so,
make the default title bar location on top.).
