I know the plan/hope was to move to arrows for between radio button groups,
tab between them in Java; I just don't recall from here (in a hotel room)
where we are at in moving toward that goal.

In any case, if we are able to scavenge button group information and build an
AccessibleRelation for it, then AT will be easily able to determine which
button group a particular [radio|check|...]button is in.
