I'd definitely like to see your issues get resolved. It's always good to 
ping the Mozilla team on mozilla.dev.accessibility or in irc.mozilla.org 
#accessibility if there's a Mozilla bug that's important to you which is 
being ignored that you need addressed.

Hopefully we can get some attention on the XUL accessibility bug you 
mention. I'd like to talk to you more about what you're looking for in 
terms of live regions in XUL, but that's probably best done on the 
Mozilla mailing list.

I'm not sure about the Orca issues but you can always try and ask on the 
Orca list or irc.gnome.org #orca.
