Doesn't seem to.
All the logos seem to fall back on the wheelchair motif, which
the site where we got the wheelchair logo expressly tells
you *not* to do.
I think that perhaps a madeup logo is fine; if it's not clear
what the logo means, all the more reason for people to
check it out ;-)
And of course the alt-text/tooltip for the icon can be
something like "universal accessibility" or
"universal access"; the description could be
"enablers for people with disabilities".
