Yes.

Suggest a sensible place for them - and we can put them there;
currently libgnome doesn't depend on libgail in fact there is a rather
inseparable gulf between them down to glib :-) Of course, to save
replicating this in at-spi/atk-bridge we could put them in a gail header
that we include there, but currently at-spi doesn't really depend on
gail either so ...
This seems the only reasonable solution in the short term, so again,
may I commit ?
