[g-a-devel]Accessibility for meat-grinder

Hi,

I am looking at providing accessibility for meat-grinder application.

I have observed that mnemonics are missing for some of the menu items
like "Remove", "Add file or folder" etc which needs to be given.

Please reply If I am missing something to make meat-grinder accessible.
